Stephanie is a pole, flexibility, and movement coach. She discovered pole dance in 2014, fell in love immediately with the challenge and variety of it, and is now passionate about passing along her love and knowledge to her students around the world. Stephanie is the owner of the popular pole dance app, "Pole with Steph" on iOS & Android. Stephanie places an emphasis on understanding body mechanics, proper technique, and off the pole conditioning so her students make consistent AND safe progress.
