✨I graduated with an Accounting Major & got my CPA
✨I’ve lived in Key West, FL (USA) for 8 years
✨I love coffee, puzzles, salsa dancing & traveling
✨I’m a morning person & an introvert
✨I read Harry Potter every night before bed
✨I deeply love ALL living creatures (yes I will save them all)
✨I’m very close with my family (momma, sis, & uncle)
✨I have the best husband who means the absolute world to me!! (@el_rincon_del_cintu ❤️)

We also transitioned to a new 12 week gym program, which is making us all that are following it, a very good kind of sore lol It’s also great to see continued flexibility progress with those that are consistently implementing the splits and backend sessions on the APP 🎉

It’s Day 5 of the #pdxmas2024 Pole Challenge❤️🩰😍

It’s time for Waltz of the Flowers in our Nutcracker Ballet inspired challenge. I’ve chosen Waterlily for you all, along with several variations!

Swipe:
1️⃣ Photo of the traditional Waterlily
2️⃣ Video demo from Invert (with variations)
3️⃣ Video demo from the floor (with variations)
4️⃣ Video demo of a variation where 1 foot stays on the floor
5️⃣ Waterlily & Jade combo with my pointe shoes that I just purchased last month 🥰🩰 My first time taking them on the pole. So fun!

I did the demos on static, so you all could really see the steps, however I do find this move much easier on spin! If you try it on static, you’ll notice there is a rotation that happens when you release the bottom hand. This rotation doesn’t happen on spin!! If the leg flexibility is too much with both legs straight, keep the top leg hooked - it still makes for a beautiful shape!
